Our goal is to empower organizations working to support the uptake of quality instructional materials in schools serving K-12 education to maximize their impact. By improving how evidence is used in district procurement processes, we help ensure more students gain access to high-quality instructional materials.

Our Cohort Model
Each cohort runs for six months and includes 2-4 partners at a time, ensuring personalized, high-quality support.

- Strategic guidance: to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance value proposition through long-term planning.
- Tactical support: such as behavioral experiments, user flow analyses, and quick-win interventions for quick wins.
How it works
Contact Us
Use the Ask an Expert button to let us know you're interested in Studio support. A member of the EdSignals Studio team will follow up to learn about your challenges, clarify your goals, and walk you through next steps. Together, we’ll determine which cohort you’re best suited for.
Assessment
When work begins, you’ll join a cohort alongside other organizations for shared learning and collaboration. The EdSignals Studio team will conduct a discovery phase that may include a diagnostic workshop and deeper research into your organization or user base to inform the project direction.
Co-Design & Testing
Drawing on our six+ years of district buyer research and existing tools, we will co-design recommendations that directly address the needs identified during discovery. We’ll also test proposed solutions in a simulated environment to reduce risk and validate effectiveness before implementation.
Deployment
We will support you in piloting and applying the solutions, and continue to provide guidance beyond the formal cohort period to help you sustain progress. Throughout the process, the Studio will keep you connected with other organizations in your cohort to foster ongoing learning and support.
